Anthony Q. Richardson is a composer, music educator, and native of Arlington, Tennessee. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Music degree from the University of Memphis. Since 1989, Richardson’s musical ability has been expressed in various forms including teaching, writing curricula for children in preschool through first grade, and composing music for young children. Richardson also has two children of his own.
Teaching
Richardson is an Orff music specialist in the Memphis area and has served as a mentor to novice and experienced teachers. He has completed Orff Certification Levels I-III and a post-levels Master Class at the University of Memphis.
Speaking
Richardson is a polished speaker who believes children learn when the skills being taught are presented in an enthusiastic and fun manner. He teaches with passion, love, and care for the children. He is conducting various educational workshops and delivering keynote motivational presentations throughout the world, inspiring and rejuvenating educators, renewing their joy in teaching as he demonstrates his innovative teaching techniques.
